How Our Service Works

After payment is made, you should fill out all of the questionaires concerning your case.  You can find them on your payment page.  Different types of cases require different forms, so be sure to complete all of them.

We will contact you if we have any questions about the information you have submitted.  Once we have completed them, usually within 48 hours, we will email you a copy in PDF fomat which you can print from any computer and printer.

Upon receipt, review the documents for accuracy. If there are any changes necessary, we will make them for you and send the revised pages via e-mail.

File your documents with the clerk of the court using the easy to follow instructions we supply you in your documents package.

If you are representing yourself (Pro Se) using us to prepare your legal documents offers an affordable and professional way to file a petition in a court.
